Manage your profile, login credentials, and account settings.
Profile
Your profile is how other people in the workspace see you. You can edit the following:

| Display name | Shown in messages, mentions, and the member list |
| Avatar | JPEG, PNG, GIF, or WebP (max 5 MB). Falls back to Gravatar if not set |
To edit your profile, click your avatar in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar and select Edit profile.
Changing Your Password
You can change your password from the login screen using the Forgot password flow:
- Click Forgot password on the login page.
- Enter your email address.
- Check your email for a reset link (valid for 1 hour).
- Choose a new password (minimum 8 characters).
Password reset requires SMTP to be configured on the server. Contact your administrator if you don't receive the email.
Email Verification
After registering, Enzyme sends a verification email to confirm your address. A banner appears at the top of the app until verification is complete. Click Resend if the email doesn't arrive.
A verified email is required for:
- Receiving email notification digests
- Password reset emails
Logging In and Out
Log in with your email and password at your team's Enzyme URL. Your session lasts 30 days by default (configurable by the server administrator).
To log out, click your avatar in the bottom-left corner and select Log out. This invalidates your session token immediately.
Switching Between Workspaces
If you belong to multiple workspaces, use the workspace switcher on the far-left side of the screen. Click a workspace icon to switch to it. You can drag to reorder your workspaces.
